Poetry Studio... Writing poetry with children - Poems

POEMS TO SHARE

My poems have appeared in Ladybug, Jack and Jill, High Five, Tyger Tyger, The Dirigible Balloon, and Nebraska Life magazines and in Two Truths and Fib Poetry Anthology edited by Bridget Magee. Two of my poems received a third place and an honorable mention in the Institute for Children's Literature Animal Poetry Contest.

Here are some of my poems that are not in books or magazines. I will be adding more from time to time, so be sure to come back!

(These poems may be printed for use by educators. Please credit Karla Wendelin as the author.)

You can hear me when I cook...

It tumbles and grumbles...
